John is co-founder and Broker of Record of NAI Keystone Commercial & Industrial, LLC, a real estate brokerage dealing with commercial and industrial properties. He is owner of Herman Development Company, a real estate development and construction company formed for the purpose of developing and building residential, industrial, commercial and retail projects. He also owns Century 21-Advance Realty which currently is in operation with 50 real estate agents. John also is a founder, owner and past president of Tiger Development. This company is primarily concerned with industrial and commercial development in the I-81 corridor.
A graduate of Duquesne Law School, John's legal background has aptly supported his extensive real estate career which spans almost 30 years. He has developed in excess of $100 million dollars worth of Commercial and Industrial Real Estate and over 1500 residential lots.
